No Demand Certificate (NDC)

The No Demand Certificate confirms the owner has cleared outstanding objections and dues. DHA requires it before any transfer. Zamakka helps you download the official performa, gather documents, and submit at Customer Care — including if you live outside Pakistan.

Official processing tracks (DHA Lahore)

Standard NDC — normal timeline (*subject to plot, phase, and property type*); standard performa from DHA Transfer Forms.
NDC (Executive) — faster executive track; separate performa and executive fees (e.g. NDC with Site Plan: 4 days / Rs. 60,000 on Executive Services).

Photocopy of CNIC (front & back)
Photocopy of Allocation / Intimation / Allotment / Transfer letter(s)
Site plan copy if possession is open (otherwise DHA may apply with NDC)
Completion certificate if house/building is complete
TIP and property tax clearances for constructed properties

Phase 11 (Rahbar) / Phase 12 (EME) — Excise tax clearance + TTIP receipt
Armed forces / defence quota plot — GHQ NOC
Retired JCO/NCO or NOK — pension book, discharge certificate, Form B
Hiba transfer context — Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
Company / firm / trust — DHA instruction set & company transfer forms
Haly Tower / Gold Crest / Penta Square — O&M NOC + undertaking
Owner abroad — embassy-attested documents per DHA Foreign Transfer (Seller Abroad) pack
