Local Transfer

  1. We apply for NDC at DHA on your behalf
  2. If possession is open: upload site plan or we apply for site plan with NDC
  3. DHA issues payment vouchers → pay at bank
  4. Transfer file ready → DHA gives transfer date

Overseas (seller abroad)

  1. Pay courier & file preparation charges and upload receipt
  2. Admin approves → we prepare file & courier NDC form to your abroad address
  3. You attest at embassy / notary → send attested set to Zamakka
  4. We submit to DHA → Foreign Office verification → transfer date
