Site Plan (DHA Lahore)

DHA requires a physically signed Site Plan application on their official performa. Our online form collects your filled forms and supporting documents so we can submit at Customer Care on your behalf (ideal for overseas and local clients who cannot visit DHA themselves).

Issuance timeline & charges

  • Standard: 7 working days · Rs. 2,500 (Building Control Branch)
  • Executive: 2 working days · Rs. 15,000 (Executive Services)

Documents required by DHA

DHA procedure (summary)

  1. Submit application forms and documents at Customer Care Services.
  2. Finance Branch issues a challan for dues on the given date.
  3. Submit the original deposited challan to Finance Branch.
  4. Collect the site plan from Customer Care Centre (Counters 3 & 4) about 2 working days after payment.
